Who likes to work out? Not me! Working out is just so exhausting … as it should be, but seriously, why is it so difficult to get up and go?!
Lately, I’ve been feeling sluggish and tired so I decided to try working out more regularly to boost my energy. So far, it’s actually worked and made me feel more awake. Obviously, working out gets your body in shape, but it also helps relieve stress, reduces the risk of various health problems, keeps your brain working, and helps you sleep better.
If you like to run, definitely use running socks that have extra support since running has a lot of impact on your feet.
